Hi, I am new to the DC field and I am interested to set up a co-culture system where I load DCs with an antigen and then co culture them with T cells and restimulate the T cells with the antigen. I would like to assess cytokine production and perhaps CD69 expression.
If anyone has a detailed protocol this would be great!
Importantly, I don't want to use OVA and OT-I or OT-II cells but rather a genuine antigen that we study in the lab.
