I am trying to find a way to get cholesterol to break apart and dissolve evenly throughout my MSM agar medium. I know it doesn't have a high solubility, so I was thinking of using ethyl ether to dissolve it and use a TLC spray to spray the surface of MSM Agar to see if my bacteria can metabolize it.

Hello All!
Thank you!
