Hi all,
I have been trying to crystalize my protein for ages and the otherday I ran it on a native gel and that showed multiple species. It appears to be bound really strongly to an RNA molecule that it has held onto during purification and I was wondering if anyone knows how I could go about characterising this molecule.

Cheers, NattyB
