Hi everyone,
I am trying to grow DB3.1 cells that have been transformed with pHellsgate 12 vector. I was wondering what specialized culture media and growth conditions should I use, if any?
Please advise. Thanks!

according to Invitrogen's manual no special conditions neccessary!
in minimal medium it will need some amino acids as far as i get it from the detailed genotype ...that can be found here. But in normal LB medium everything should be fine!
