Dear people,

i'm looking for secretion cloning vectors in E. coli that have either the pelB or the ompA signal sequence for secretion of the protein into the periplasmic space. Does any one know some good vectors for that task or does anyone has e.g. the pIN-III-opmA from Inouye?

Many thanks in advance!

Best regards,
p

Hola, I used pIN-OMP vectors in early 80īs for GM-CSF, but in my new institute I havenīt, but looking in internet some groups have constructed pET vectors derivatives with ompA signal (Varsovia univ. Poland), moreover in the pET series, pET22b or pET26b have the pelB signal and pET39b andpET40b has another perplasmic signal Dsb. I hope this helps you. Buena suerte
