Dear all,

after purification I'd like to test the function of my proteins. But the purified proteins have no known usable function.

So my question is, can I add antibodies to the protein (which concenration?) and then add the mix to protein expressing cells, to have a look if there is a binding competition? To have a hint if the structure is physiological?

Has anybody a more detailed protocol for this? Especially for incubation times and concentrations?

Or other ideas to test if the structure is OK?

Thank you in advance,

Benita!
