Hi

I received the Dig Northern Starter Kit from Roche and without thinking stuck the entire box in the freezer. The Anti-Dig antibody is not supposed to be frozen. The entire box has been in the freezer for ~4 days now. Why cant we freeze the Dig Ab? Should I just order more or use what Ive got?

Most antibodies will withstand 1 or 2 freeze thaw cycles.  You should be able to thaw it and it should be still useable.
