hii every one
pls tell me the recepie of substrate buffer for western blot. I m using HRP conjugate secondary antibody. currently I m using citrate buffer, H2O2 and DAB but it s not giving good result.

you can add a little nickel to the substrate solution to make it a little more sensitive
