Hi everybody. I need to prepare solutions of various FFA bounded to BSA for my tissue cultures experiments. I will start with palmitate, doyou know a reliable method to preparea solutionof albumin-bound palmitate from sodium salt of palmitic acid? I have found some protocols on web but they don't seem to be good. Thanks!
