hi,
I'm doing cell cycle with PI for primary hepatocyte overexpressing proliferation gene.
with proliferation assay I can see clear change toward proliferation as expected
using cell cycle I found increase in G2.
as the literature address this most of the time as G2 arrest should I analyzed it as having more cells with double content or should I expect the cell to be more in S phase or maybe something else?
by the way when I'm knocking down this gene in different cell line I see decrease in proliferation but increase in G2 the same...

please help

thanks

Michal
