Hi,

If I buy p21 shRNA Plasmid , can I produce virus from it?
Or should I buy the p21 shRNA Lentiviral Particles instead?

If you just buy the plasmid, you need to package viral particles by transfecting the plasmid with additional packaging plasmids into 293 cells. If you don't have the packaging system, you will need to buy the lentiviral particles. The disadvantage of buying particles is that you won't be able to produce any new particles because you don't have the template--the plasmid.
