I am researching the tools used in microdissection and how they are made, please contact me with information about microdissections, the tools, how they are made, and how they are used, thankyou

We do microdissection using a #11 surgical blade (with sharp tip). Five-micro sectiions are prepared from either frozen or paraffin-embedded tissues. sections are mounted on microscope slides and stained. Microdissection is carried out under 100X magnification. Some practice is needed before you can coordinate hands and eyes.
