Hi!

I'm a bit of newbie when it comes to protein purification. I am currently doing cell culture and purification.
My protein of interest is lac repressor (LacI). I need to find the total cell protein after cell culture.
Can anyone tell me how this is done? Thanks

How do you mean "find"?  Do you want to know how much protein is present in a lysed solution?  IF so, there are a range of quantitative methods you can use.  The more common of which are known as the Bradford assay and the BCA assay.
