hi ,

i am working on ubuntu 10.10..and i am not able to install bambus programme(gene assemble software)

when i give command 'make all' it gives me this message

can anyone tell me what is grommit error

and howdo i go about fixing this..

"g++" is the GNU C++ compliler, part of the GNU gcc compiler collection.  "ld" the GNU linker; it is attempting to link the archive files "graph" and "TigrFoundation" into the object file "grommit grommit.o", and expects to find the archive files in either the current directory (".") or in a directory called "TIGR_Foundation_CC" above the current directory ("..").

The linker cannot find the file "TigrFoundation", and thus is unable to continue.

You're missing a required file...
