My protein only has two tyrosines and no tryp's.  IS the absorbance at 280 still accurate even though there are 0 tryps?  The extinction coef i get from Expasy protparam is around 4470 for a 96 residue protein.  What is the error associated to this absorbance?  I have used bradford, but i feel there is more protein than the bradford is telling me, so maybe that method isnt as reliable.  Thanks
