Hi everybody!!!I'm trying to do an immunocytochemical reaction for superoxide dismutase type 1 (Cu/Zn) in a brain tissue of a mouse model (25µm cryostat sections fixed in 4% buffered paraformaldeyde). I'm already used 4 different types of SOD1 antibodies: - SIGMA monoclonal antiSOD1  - rabbit polyclonal antirat SOD1 (generous gift of Dr. Cerù, l'Aquila, Italy)  -FISHER IMMUNOREAGENTS sheep antiSOD1   - THE BINDING SITE sheep antihuman SOD1

Could you lease tell me your good experience of SOD1 immunoreactivity in a MOUSE brain? Thanks.

Stefano
