Hi,
I'm trying to dissolve PMSF in isopropanol to make a stock solution 2M (Protein extracts protocol) and am having great difficulty in dissolving the crystals.
Someone can give me a tip to speed the process.
Thanks in advance

My recollection is that our stock is at 100 mM, and that it is difficult to get that amount into solution.  Be careful with this stuff, it's highly toxic.
