Do my drug dose response studies always need to lead to a %100 kill at the highest dose? The serial dilutions I have used even with modification don't seem to reach that %100 kill at the highest dose.

I also drug studies on cell culture and we calculate the IC50 value. And this concentration is used for further studies. If you want to know how to perform these then let me know i can mail you detail.
