Hi all,

i am preparing the amyloid beta ADDl. but my vehicle is showing more toxicity in cell culture experiment. there a number of papers which are following different method to evaporate the HFIP..some use fume hood or N2 gas or Speed Vac or simply lyophilize.

i am bit confuse. i would be grateful if someone give me insight of this.
