I am trying virus purification from 60%, 50%, 40%, 30%, 20% (wt/vol) discontinous sucrose density gradient centrifugation
I am using sw 41 rotor and 2ml each density. Centrifuge speed 24000 rpm and time 18 hrs.
I starting from the bottom of the tube to collect fractions.I am seeing of viral proteins all concentrations, even if weak.
This is not normal but we could not find what the problem is.
Does someone help me about this field. Thanks
