please tell me how to transfer proteins from sds page to transfer membrane fluoride bind ( serva) with help of semi dry blotting equipment

do you have the manual that came with the semi-dry transfer unit? different brands have different recommended methods.

@thank u very much for reply we have a semi dry blotting unit from "cleaver scientific pt ltd" plz tell me if u have any idea about it & also the composition of transfer buffer. mainly the conc. of methanol

i can't access cleaver's website. if you can then you should be able to download the manual for your semi-dry unit. that will give you the information that you need.

usually methanol is 10-20% in the transfer buffer.
