I accidentally grabbed the ethanol bottle instead of the water one. The ethanol bottle has 100% ethanol. I noticed the stock solution didn't freeze at -20 C and I didn't get any results for my PCR reaction. I was wondering if I can just pipette out the ethanol and add the appropriate amount of water into the primer tubes. I can still see the pellet, but some of the pellet has gotten bigger in area. I really appreciate any help in advance! Thank you!

Call up the company. See, if they have any suggestions to troubleshoot this.
Technically, you have lost the primers. So, it wouldn't hurt to try this. If you can see the pellet, pipette out ethanol, dry the vial completely , dissolve the pellet in water or TE and see what happens
Note: This is just a suggestion and there is no guarantee it will work. Try at your own risk

What do you mean with "no results" from pcr?
You used the primers (in the ethanol) in a pcr reaction , a normal one? Or?
That could be due so many factors.
Just try to evaporate the ethanol, spin down the vial, and let the ethanol evaporate.
And you could indeed try to pipette out a bit of the top of the ethanol, but in order not to risk anything: let it evaporate for the bigest part.

If you don't know it, then ask it! Better to ask and look foolish to some then not ask and stay stupid.
