hello ....i am a student of biotechnology and my question is how do i maintain the solubility of the  salt while keeping the ph constant????

i wanted to prepare a soluble solution of cuso4 in tris cl at ph 7 but when i added NaOH to adjust the pH to 7, the salt got precipitated and hence i was'nt able to use the solution. I wanted soluble solution of cuso4 in tris cl.

Thought use tris-base and titrate with HCL is a better way?
