Dear friends,

Who  can   help  me download the following bioinformatic software?

SMARTEST

Marscan (EMBOSS)and Chrclass

MatInspector

All above softwares were mentioned by authors in  paper, and also give web page,  but i can  not  log on it.  


please help me

Smartest is from genomatix (http://www.genomatix...s/SMARTest.html) contact them to get more information about the program. I am not sure its a free program.

The same goes for MatInspector (http://www.genomatix...ector_help.html , http://www.genomatix...ector_help.html http://www.genomatix...ease_notes.html and http://wareseeker.co...x-matinspector/) This is a free program.

You should contact genomatix because the website where you used to get more information about those programs and download them isnt working anymore.

For  Marscan check http://emboss.source...ps/marscan.html , this does seem to be a free program.

That last one, I dont know it.

I just know about matinspector:
you should register with an academic email,and the username and password is sent to your email,then you can use the online software just for a week freely.Or you can pay for it!
