Can any one of you please help me in getting the protocol of " Very  low copy number plasmid like pCP 13 which is about 23kb size" I need its isolation from culture , i am getting very low yield. one moe thing is I want to transform a E.coli culture using this pCP 13 plasmid i need a tranformation protocol  by which one can  get very high effecieny in transforming this plasmid into E.Coli.You can mail me the protocol to my address k_ravi@excite.com

I have read/ been told electroporation is the most efficient method of transforming cells.
