Hi all!  I was wondering if anyone has had problems using diethyldithiocarbamate as a SOD inhibitor in the lucigenin assay for superoxide?  DDC seems to only be effective in my system for about 2 hours then precipitates.  Does anyone know of an alternative SOD inhibitor and/or superoxide detection method other than ESR?

U can go for Cytochrome C reduction method to measure Superoxide oins.
