Hi, now I work on isolating phages from water. I already success to get a strain of phages but I would like to concentrate and purified it before I do TEM. Is it good enough to use Millipore Amicon 30kDa to concentrate and purified the lysate (after filter 0.2 um)? Or better use PEG/NaCl method? If I just concentrate the phages without vertrelor/ chloroform treatment (purification)is it okay for phages morphology study? Thanks
