Hello all-
I was wondering if someone could help with some basic media prep. I am trying to prepare some tributyrin agar plates for a lipid hydrolysis test. Is the agar base that is typically used a basic nutrient agar + tributyrin? I know the tributryin agar has to be mixed prior to pouring, are there any specific methods/tips? I read an article that indicated 10 ml per liter. Does this sound right?

Thanks in advance for any help!
