In my MDBK cell culture I have black dots in the cell medium. But I do not have cloudiness and rapid pH change in the medium. The cells grow still very well.
Are the black dots bacteria or something else?

Sounds like a low level bacterial infection. Throw them out and start again to be on the safe side.

You can also add a different antibiotic like kananycin/tetracycline in your medium
