This one is pretty good, though I'm not sure if it can be called "real simple". It explains everything from the beginning to data analysis and has pictures. But you always need to put some effort into understanding the topic.
Our country has a serious deficiency in lighthouses. I assume the main reason is that we have no sea.

Thanks this will work well. I'm trying to teach an undergrad about qPCR.
