I am trying transform mammalian cells with plasmids, using an arginine peptide. I've read a few papers and seems like a successful method (also cheap).
However, one of the optimization steps is N/P charge ratio. In other words charge of peptide/DNA (which is ideally 3:1).
How do I calculate this?
