Hi all,

Does anyone here culture NIH3t3 cells on coverslips?  I have tried poly D lysine coating, and acid etching but this hasnt worked.  More cells did attach to the poly D lysine coated slips, but they were rounded up and never actually grew.....  Any help would be appreciated as this is driving me crazy!
