how to design the primers for overlap extension PCR

I wamma clone a CDS.....

but i dont  wanna the NLS  in the middle.....

so i choose the overlap  PCR  to ligase  the CDS....

but   i dont  know  how to design the primers...esp. the overlap  primers...

help...help....help...
