My DNA pellet doesn't dissolve

Hi.

I did a DNA extraction but now I can't dissolve the pellet in TE. I think I might have overdried the pellet. What can I do? The tubes are currently at 37º C, but no luck until now.

Dissolve the DNA overnight on a shaker or at 55°C for 1–2 h.
this was what i did using Qiagen genomic DNA extraction kit.
