Hello,
I am starting to work with chicken for the first time. I am doing a feeding trial and see if they develop specific IgY for a protein of the corn suspected to be allergenic. I also would like to see if they develop mediators of inflammation when fed with the variety of corn expressing this protein.
The problem is that I don´t know much (anything) about chicken immune system and how it differs from mammals´.
Could someone suggest me a good review or text book or article please?
