Hi,

I'm currently struggling with accessing changes of LC3-II expression by a radiosentisizer and radiation in an H-ras-transformed cell line from my western blot results. So I begin to wonder if I can do flow cytometry to access LC3-II expression, and if there is, could someone offer me some sort of method or protocol?

                                    Thanks a billion,

Silly question....are you using PVDF for Western?  Nitrocellulose won't work for this protein.
