Hi all. I'm new here. Does anybody know any way of succinate quantitation on mice liver extract? I've been trying with spectrophotometry at 340 nm using a kit that is usually used for food testing, but I'm not getting good results... Any idea?

you could adapt an assay with an enzyme that utilizes succinate such as succinic thiokinase:
