Dear all,

I would like to know, please, if you know how feasible it would be to obtain a synaptosomal preparation from primary neurons. Would that yield enough material to detect a synaptic protein using WB, considering said protein is expressed in normal levels?

Also, does anyone know how tricky it is to obtain synaptodendrosomes after the synaptosomal preparation?
