Endocytosis in neruoblastomacells

I was wondering if anyone could suggest a chemical that would inhibit endocytosis of membrane proteins in human neuroblastoma cells.  I have herad that a chemical called Phenylarsene oxide can inhibit endocytosis but i can't find it in any chemical company catalogues.thanks
