hi everyone i'm new to real time pcr.i have transfected cells with a plasmid containing cmv promoter after rna extraction with high quality(checked with nanodrop)i did a two step rt-pcr without dnase treatment albeit.i got these results how could it be explained? is there a contamination?

analyzing with 7500 system shows an increased 113 fold expression after transfection
my expected band should be between 65-70bp,here is my gel unfortunately it is not perfect
