Hello everyone!

I'm trying to differentiate SY5Y cells. The problem is that whenI add the all-trans retinoic acid (#R2625, Sigma) my cells die. I also used rall-trans retinal (#R2500, sigma) but the same happened. I'm using 104 cells/cm2. Can anyone help me? I don't know what is wrong with my protocol.
