I have data from few microarray experiments that differ in stimulating agents. I wolud like to compare the differential expression profiles to get similarities and differences between the profiles.
Does anybody know tool for comparison of microarray data to search for similarities in expression profiles.

if you are interested in cluster analysis you can give gcExplorer a try! ...its an R based software package!
