Dear All,

I would like to isolate Adult/neonatal mouse Cardiomyocyte using non perfusion protocol. all the protocols i see in journals and internet are employing Langendorf perfusion system..i do not need high yield of cardiomycytes..i need them to stain with few antibodies to see overall structure and banding pattern...so i wud appreciate if someone cud provide me the detailed protocol.
