I am currently using PEI to transfect a life extended MEFs. I was curious as to how this method compares with other current transfection reagents/protocols out there. I need a method to consistently achieve 40-50% transfection efficiencies. Any insider suggestions would greatly be appreciated

Hi,

Nanotherics uses nanoparticles + DNA for transfection.  Good viability and usually good TE.  Maybe worth a shot?
