I´m trying to culture t-cells from mice together with RAW cells and CD3 (1ug/ml) antibody, in order to make them proliferate, however, they did not (analysed using CFSE and FACS). I plated 20.000 RAW cells with 200.000 T-cells in 48-well plates for 72 hours.
Can anyone help me optimise the procedure?? I´m running out of time, so I´m quite desperate!!! Thanks:-)
