Is there anybody who tried to dissolve brefeldin A in an other solution than DMSO or MeOH? What experiences did you make with your cells and which kind of cells did you use?
Thank you for answering.

You can also use ethanol to dissolve Brefeldin A however since usually it is made at a stock of about 10mg/ml and you only need to use 1-10ug/ml the amount of solvent in the experiment is typically not high enough to cause problems for most cells.
