Hi!!

I search for Mouse DBA-2J genome sequences.
Are their genome available on any database?
I haven't been able to find them.
Do you know where they are?

Kenta,

If DBA -2J is a mouse strain, then it is highly unlikely that you will get the genome sequence for that particular strain. I dont work with mice, so I dont know much. But genome databases are good to look at protein or DNA sequences of a gene. The whole genome is a lot of information to work with actually. Is that what you really need?
