Could anyone tell me a good protocol for the induction of apoptosis in HEK293T cells? Thank you a lot.

Drugs - tamoxifen, paclitaxel, any of the DNA damage drugs. UV - find a cross linker (e.g. stratalinker) or other UV source with defined output and use that to titrate the amount needed to induce apoptosis in a given time frame.
