Hi:
I want to use the TCA + acetone to precipitation my tubulin, and since the tubulin only 10ug, so I add 300ug BSA for carrier protein.The TCA concentration is 20%, after incubate on ice for 30min, -20 acetone 1ml was used to wash the pellet for 2times. but after this, I want to use 100ul dH2O to dissolve the pellet. but It can not be dissolved.

and when I use the acetone to see if can precipitation, the acetone is fisher optima. but I can not see any pellet.

So any guys can told me what should I do.
