Hello all,
I was having issues with MapMaker and QTL cartographer--MapMaker crashes constantly (I am using an XP machine)and Cartographer gave me cryptic messages and the help function wouldn't work. I gave up on these two programs, and am now looking for something compatible with XP or later platforms.
Does anyone have advice on programs to use for linkage-mapping a recombinant inbred population (F8 gen) and QTL analysis?
